Terms of Service

The rules for using Web2UI accounts, conversion tools, browser capture, credits, and paid subscriptions.

Last updated July 20, 2026

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of Web2UI, a service provided by Lynavo. By creating an account, using the website, Figma plugin, Chrome extension, API, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you use Web2UI for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough under the laws of your country to agree to these Terms. If you use Web2UI for an organization, you must have authority to bind that organization.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for accurate account information, the security of your login methods and connected devices, and activity performed through your account. Do not share authentication codes or device tokens.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when necessary to protect users, the service, third parties, or comply with law.

4. Submitted content and acceptable use

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Lynavo a limited right to host, copy, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to operate Web2UI and provide the requested conversion.

You represent that you own or are authorized to submit the URLs, webpages, files, screenshots, assets, and account-visible content you ask Web2UI to process.

  • Do not use Web2UI to bypass authentication, paywalls, access controls, anti-bot protections, or technical restrictions.
  • Do not submit malware, unlawful content, stolen credentials, or content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
  • Do not probe, overload, reverse engineer hosted service protections, or interfere with other users.

5. Conversion service

Web2UI converts public URLs, supported HTML or ZIP files, and explicit Chrome captures into structured Figma-compatible output. Complex CSS, WebGL, video, unsupported fonts, browser-specific behavior, or dynamic content can be represented with documented fallbacks.

Conversion output is intended to be editable and useful for design work, but it is not guaranteed to be pixel-perfect, complete, or identical across browsers and Figma environments. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.

Parts of the service may operate in a limited, staging, or early-access mode. Unless we expressly commit otherwise in a separate written agreement, Web2UI is not offered with a service-level agreement, guaranteed queue time, or guaranteed conversion fidelity.

6. Credits and plans

The Free plan currently includes 10 conversion credits per account credit period. The Pro plan currently includes 1,000 conversion credits per account credit period.

Free accounts open a new credit period on an anchored 30-day roll when plan state is next evaluated. Monthly Pro periods advance only after a qualifying subscription payment. Yearly Pro accounts receive up to twelve scheduled credit periods per billing year; a period is opened when its schedule time is due or when the anniversary payment materializes the next year.

Each completed conversion consumes one credit. For eligible asynchronous cloud conversions, a credit can be restored when every associated job reaches a terminal failure and no completed result exists. Credits do not roll over between periods and have no cash value.

7. Billing and cancellation

Pro is offered at $9 per month or $90 per year when live checkout is enabled for your account. Prices, taxes, and billing currency shown at checkout control the transaction. Paddle or PayPal processes payment information and subscription events. Test or sandbox checkouts, when shown, do not create a real charge.

Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can request cancellation from the Billing tab; access changes after the payment provider confirms cancellation, and the effective timing depends on that provider and the checkout terms.

Payment refunds are governed by applicable law, the checkout terms shown by the payment provider, and any policy communicated by Lynavo. Conversion-credit restoration is separate from a payment refund.

8. Web2UI materials

Web2UI, its hosted service, branding, interfaces, and proprietary components are owned by Lynavo or its licensors. Any code or third-party packages made available separately remain subject to their respective licenses.

These Terms do not grant rights to use Lynavo or Web2UI names, logos, or marks beyond identifying the service.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Maintenance, provider failures, unsupported source content, security controls, or capacity limits can delay or prevent a conversion.

We may change plans or prices prospectively. Material subscription changes will be communicated through the service, checkout, or account email when required.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Web2UI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Lynavo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, submitted content, conversion output, or third-party providers. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

11. Termination

You may stop using Web2UI at any time and may request account closure through support@lynavo.io. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, abuse, legal risk, or service integrity reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing terms, continue after termination.

12. Governing law

Unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Lynavo’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal dispute, contact support@lynavo.io so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

13. Contact

Questions about these Terms, billing, or the service can be sent to support@lynavo.io.
